Euro 6 performance for any application.

Powerful, reliable, economical – two Euro 6 engine options deliver instant response, high torque, low fuel consumption and very smooth running whether for distribution or construction work. The 5.1-litre OM934 packs up to 230hp (170kW) and 900Nm peak torque, while the 7.7-litre OM936 delivers up to 300hp (220kW) and 1200Nm torque.

Standard on models rated at 9.5T and over, the three-stage brake system offers up to 235kW braking power, reducing wear on the service brake while enhancing safety and control.

The option of a high-performance three-stage, wear-free auxiliary brake is also available for greater safety, offering up to 300kW braking power (depending on engine type).

PowerShift 3. The Mercedes PowerShift 3 automated transmission delivers superior handling and enhanced fuel economy through fast, precise gear selection. 6-spd, 8-spd and 9-spd options mean the truck’s transmission can be matched to the application.

Additional functions such as direct shifting from 1 to R and one reverse gear with a high ratio* enable easy manoeuvring. The crawl function makes pulling away particularly easy work.

Depending on the task at hand, ‘Economy’ and ‘Power’ provide enhanced performance in distribution roles. For construction, 'Power' and 'Off-Road' modes are available.

ClassicSpace S-cab. With its 2295 mm width and 1650 mm length, the ClassicSpace S-cab provides a comfortable workspace, excellent visibility and the full length of the body. Ideal criteria for doing well in narrow streets and yards.

ClassicSpace S-cab extended. The ClassicSpace S-cab with a rear wall extended by 180 mm boasts compact exterior dimensions and plenty of room inside. In addition the interior design, the high-quality workmanship and many practical details and equipment provide a particularly high level of working convenience and ride comfort.

ClassicSpace L-cab. The ClassicSpace L-cab is 2295mm wide and 2250mm long with a generous interior height of 1510mm. This cab features a comfortable 1865mm x 685mm bed as standard.

BigSpace L-cab. The roomiest cab in the Atego range has an extended interior height of 1910 mm over the ClassicSpace L-cab, with a larger 2095mm x 680mm wide bed and additional stowage space.
