North Island Expansion

Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner customers in the lower North Island will benefit from the appointment of two dealerships operated by Keith Andrews Trucks.

The long-time Daimler partner will open Mercedes Benz and Freightliner sales, service and parts dealerships in Wellington and Palmerston North in the next few months, with exact timing to be confirmed. Keith Andrews Trucks already represents the Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner brands in the upper North Island with dealerships in Whangarei, Auckland and Hamilton.

The move further strengthens the dealership footprint following the recent introduction of the latest generation Mercedes-Benz Actros and the impending arrival of the all-new Freightliner Cascadia.

Daimler Truck and Bus Australia Pacific President and CEO, Daniel Whitehead, said Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner customers in the area will be well looked after following the appointment.

“We are excited to appoint the Keith Andrews Trucks team in order to provide the highest level of service to our customers in the lower North Island,” Mr Whitehead said.
